These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Summit Cards (summitcards.co.uk), operated by Summit Cards ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Summit Cards offers free and paid subscription tiers (Summit Plus and Summit Pro).
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP (£) via Stripe.
• Free trials may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via our feedback form if you believe you are owed a refund.

• Promo codes grant temporary access to paid features at no cost.
• Each promo code can only be redeemed once per account.
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.
• We reserve the right to revoke promo codes at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, scrape, or collect data from the service without our prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use offensive or inappropriate display names.

You may not, without our express written consent:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to access the service or collect data from it.
• Use data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering or extraction tools on the service.
• Copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, or redistribute any content, data, pricing information, card data, or user-generated content from the service — whether manually or through automated means.
• Sell, licence, or otherwise commercially exploit data obtained from the service.
• Use any content or data from the service to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Any access to the service must comply with our robots.txt file and any other automated access restrictions we put in place. We reserve the right to block IP addresses, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies (including injunctive relief and damages) against any person or entity that violates these restrictions.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the data is publicly accessible on the site. Accessing publicly viewable pages does not grant the right to systematically collect or redistribute their contents.

• Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, and all related trademarks are the property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Summit Cards is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
• Card images and data are sourced from publicly available databases and are used for informational and collection-tracking purposes.
• The Summit Cards name, logo, and original website content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as feedback or display names). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

• Summit Cards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Card pricing data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. Prices may not reflect actual market values.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
